I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms had large balconies overlooking the equally magnificent gardens, making the view truly special. The only downside was the heating being on full, making it a bit too warm for my liking. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff and even a welcome drink upon arrival. The location was simply unbeatable, right in the beautiful area of Zapallar and pretty close to the coast. The dining experience, though limited to scones, was a nice touch. The facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
